Notes:

• There’s a lot here, and it’s lofty. I invite your feedback on all of it. None of it is set in stone. All of it will require further editing, probably simplification.
• VALUES:
  • Common wisdom says, for the sake of digestibility, create between 3 and 6 company values. I created quite a few more, which may be impractical. Part of me thinks it’s not so bad to have so many, if they are meaningful and there is good training around them to ensure comprehension. These are not shallow or trite values. They are very high standards, which are demanding for me, too, but inspiring. I personally wish to work with each of them regularly.
  • Don’t worry about the URL. It only cost me $4 and 5 minutes. It was just fun and, though I am a little bit attached to “(G)NOBLE ART,” again, it’s not set in stone.
